Gina Abudi joins as Partner Responsible for Operations and Expanding Business

GLOUCESTER, MA – January 1, 2010

Peak Performance Group, Inc. (PPG), a consulting firm that, since 1987, has specialized in providing complete global solutions to integrate and optimize their clients’ leadership capability, organizational effectiveness and human potential announced today the expansion of their senior executive team with the addition of Gina Abudi as Partner/VP Strategic  Solutions.   Ms. Abudi brings significant international strategic business development and consulting experience to PPG and will focus on the areas of market development, strategic client solutions design and global business development.

Gina Abudi brings with her a wide variety of expertise in management/leadership, project and process management, and developing strategic client partnerships.  She has developed her personal brand through numerous speaking events, service on advisory boards, as a guest blogger and also via her personal blog, https://www.ginaabudi.com.  Gina received her BA from Montclair State University in New Jersey and her MBA from Simmons College School of Management in Boston, Massachusetts. She served as a member of the Simmons SOM Alumnae Association Board from 2007 – 2009. Gina has served as Chair of the Project Management Institute Global Corporate Council Leadership Team in 2009.

Prior to joining Peak Performance Group, Inc., Gina worked at Boston University Corporate Education Center as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.  She was a member of the senior leadership team focused mainly on working with BUCEC’s strategic clients to provide various consulting services. Prior to that she was co-partner in a consulting company focused on leadership and project management and worked at McKinsey & Company, Inc. in a variety of management roles.
